Swimming at Nine Mile

A look at a local swimming place we love to visit.

Join the kids at the island swimming hole for an afternoon of playing, jumping, diving and swimming. Nine Mile is a swimming spot we like to go to. It’s not far from Milikapiti community and is a great place to have a bbq, and cool down from the hot top end heat.

Indigenous Literacy Day is proudly presented by the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, a charity with a vision of equity of opportunity for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children living in remote Australia.
