About the Workshops

Frequently asked questions

To celebrate storytelling, the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) is excited to offer seven unique pre-recorded, learning workshops from our most awarded ambassadors and ILF supporters.

Each presenter shares their incredible expertise in storytelling, whether it be through illustration, writing, video or photography. Each workshop suggests an age suitability.

At $2 per student under 18 years of age (with a minimum of 5 students) and $20 per adult, our aim is for everyone to have an opportunity to experience a workshop.  Parents and home-schoolers under 18 years of age, can register under the school/education tab.

Workshops are free to remote Indigenous community schools that are registered with ILF. If you are a remote Indigenous community school or organisation, please email

For schools/educators  and businesses, only one booking is needed for any number of participants. Once a booking has been made, a dedicated password will be emailed giving you access to a link to share with students or staff.

The link will expire within 3 months of booking.  If you would like to book more than one workshop, please complete a separate booking form.

How are these proceeds used?

All proceeds from the workshops will assist the Indigenous Literacy Foundation to deliver its three core literacy programs in remote communities across Australia in 2022.
